Dance Dance Revolution X (AC) confirmed: New arcade DDR Mix!
Today, Konami launched an Dance Dance Revolution X, the newest arcade installment of the DDR series. Details are sketchy at the moment, but this announcement ends the previous uncertainty over whether or not DDR X was to be a PS2-only release.

Konami jumps on the 'band' wagon with Rock Revolution
According to Joystiq, Konami will be coming out with its own Rock Band style game with Rock Revolution. The release is planned for PS3, XBOX360, Nintendo DS, and Wii. It will also have 40 songs, a big drum set with 6 drums + pedal, and online capabilities. Although they are coming in pretty late in the game, it definitely sounds exciting!

Rock Band for the Wii is now shipping
Rock Band for the Wii came out yesterday for the suggested retail price of $169.99.
In addition, Rock Band Track Pack Volume 1 for Wii and PlayStation®2 computer entertainment system will be shipping to retail on July 15, 2008, for a MSRP of $29.99. The 20-song pack features an electrifying mix of classic hits and current favorites, including songs by Boston, Nine Inch Nails, Stone Temple Pilots, and 30 Seconds to Mars.
